Event
Real times are only used to hide finished events (no end = start + 1 h). Order within a day is set by dragging in the edit list.
Admin link for
Send them this link. Opening it makes their phone an admin. Anyone with this link is an admin — share it privately.
Create a gathering
You become the first admin — you land straight in edit mode. Set the dates, venue and events there, share the public link with attendees, and use “Add admin” to invite co-organizers.
